“Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.”
Much can be understood in the words of this scriptures found in the Chronicles. We live in a world that is filled with chaos, turmoil, and fear. We turn to the left and to the right and it seems that this is all we see. In this devotion, we turn to the scripture found in 1 Chronicles 16. I want to encourage you to seek the Lord and His mighty strength. He is the source of life and strength that we must go to every day.The apostle Paul writes of a moment that He dealt with weakness and sought them Lord to deliver him. I want us to take comfort in the Lord’s response.
2 Corinthians 12:9
“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
In times of weakness, in times of distress, let us seek the Lord and His strength. It is made perfect in our weakness. Let us seek His face continually for He is the giver of life and will renew our spirit every day.
